Our Commitment to Hygiene:
We take standards for hygiene very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. On a daily basis, our Team Members are working to ensure that they meet the latest hygiene and cleaning guidelines. Our hotels’ health and safety measures address a broad range of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest rooms and common areas with Hospital grade products..
Here are some ways we are supporting Team Members:
Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent handwashing to help combat the spread of viruses. This includes hand sanitising provided for all.
Real Time Information: Updates are provided to our Team Members on the latest DHHS news and best practices.
Public Areas: Team Members have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public areas with a focus on the reception desk, lifts, door handles and rails, public bathrooms and room keys.
Guest Rooms: Team Members have cleaning and disinfecting procedures to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives.
Back of House: In the spaces where Team Members work, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and implemented the use of antibacterial, antimicrobial cleaning products that reduce the risk of harmful viruses and any other possible harmful pathogenic bacteria.

For guests with existing reservations for future arrival dates up to 31 May 2020, including reservations with prepaid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
For guests making new reservations for future arrival dates, including reservations with prepaid rates, between today and April 30, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel agencies are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and any changes to reservations or travel.
